We've had a great year at our Seagrove Beach office.
So many moments of struggle and frustration, moments of
pure laughter and joy and endless opportunities that we've
been so fortunate to be a part of!
2010 was a stellar year.
We are proud of the hours we've grinded it out at the office.

Even though, the oil spill slowed business tremendously,
we never lost motivation and our drive for doing our job
the very best we know how.

We've worked with and represented amazing people who
have made a lasting impression on us.
We look forward to doing the same next year.

Make year 2011 a memorable one.

Give thanks daily to the ones you've chosen to surround yourself with,
give thanks for your health and your blessings this year,
give thanks for all the little things in life.
Give thanks for your family & the ones that you love so much.
Give thanks for today...

We appreciate our neighbors - Big Fish Bike Rentals

Our next door neighbor, Big Fish Bike Rental,
came by yesterday with a cute box with homemade cookies
as a thanks for an amazing year together!

We are so appreciative of them and the great work they do.
They sell/rent bikes all year long.
Positive attitude, friendly faces , plus their sweet to Roxy(office mascot), real hard workers and they each have their own fun personality
that screams enthusiasm.

If you're looking to rent a bike anytime on 30A,
Big Fish Bike Rentals is a BIG recommendation.
Their prices are reasonable, their bikes are awesome,
they do deliver to your home and
they even supply helmets and baskets.

Rosemary Beach

Christmas on 30A

Where will you be this Christmas?
6 years ago, 30A was a ghost town on holidays,
NOW it has become a hot-spot!
Families from all over the map gather in the
different beach communities to celebrate.

There are many vacation rentals along 30A that will
accomodate to a few people or massive homes
for several families to stay in!

~sylvia soderholm

Is it for you?

Would you rather live in a neighborhood that has ammenities such as a pool, lawn care, workout facility, maybe gated, rules & regulations OR on a street where you would have to pay for your own lawn mower, pay for your own private pool and maintenance, maintain your own property
the way you'd like?

As you're narrowing in on the home that meets your criteria,
remember to keep the HOA thought in the back of your mind...

HOA could be a huge plus to your home,
OR it could be a burden!

You make the choice...
After all, this is paradise...anything else is a added bonus!
